We understand that waiting for products and long lead times can be extremely frustrating – that’s why Mercor Fire Protection UK Limited are working with our UK Logistics and Warehouse Partners to carry stock of "standard size" products.

Our team have been doing lots behind the scenes to make that happen including:

• Understanding the specific requirements of our clients

• Securing valuable, cost effective, safe and secure warehouse space

• Investing in our warehousing partner to ensure lean processes of stock allocation and storage

• Investing in stock to allow us to be reactive to our clients needs

We are carrying stock of the following:

• mcr Prolight 1100mm x 1100mm which achieves 1m2 free area when open to 140degrees in accordance with EN-12101-2, complete with 24v actuator and cradle, fitted to one side to allow for roof access.

• mcr Prolight 1100mm x 1500mm which achieves 1m2 free area when open to 140degrees in accordance with EN-12101-2, complete with 24v actuator.

• mcr LAM Louvered vent 1000x1500mm which achieve 1m2 free area. Opens in accordance with EN-12101-2.

• mcr WIP LD lobby damper. EN-12101-8 tested and certified upto EI-120 fire rating. Complete with a steel external grille. Available at:

• 800x1900mm to allow for 1m2 free area

• 800x1200mm to allow for 0.6m2 free ree

The outcome of this has been to introduce standard specifications and sizes for mainline products and make them available on next day delivery, which we know will only enhance our customers experience.
